EXCITING NEWS! On Monday, Apr 10, the Noyes Park playground surface began its long-awaited replacement project. HUGE thanks to our community members who advocated for years (!) to make this happen.

The park play surface replacement project was led by the DC Department of General Services, who is the agency responsible for implementing and managing District owned assets and public building needs through the DGS Capital Improvement Plan for most District government agencies. Park and recreation projects modernizations and renovations in the District of Columbia are managed through a collaboration between the Department of General Services and the Department of Parks and Recreation.
