Get Involved: Noyes Park Cleanup Events

Noyes Park is a valuable community asset that provides a space for recreation, relaxation, and connection with nature. The Friends of Noyes Park organizes monthly one-hour cleanup events to keep the park and surrounding area clean and enjoyable for everyone.

2025 Park Cleanup Events The following cleanup events are scheduled for the coming months:

  • April 12 | 10:00 am

  • May 3 | 10:00 am

  • June 7 | 10:00 am

  • July 12 | 10:00 am

  • August 9 | 10:00 am

  • September 13 | 10:00 am

  • October 4 | 10:00 am

  • November 8 | 10:00 am

How to Participate: To participate, show up at the park on the day of the event. We typically meet by the garden fence. All necessary supplies, such as gloves and trash bags, will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your gloves, buckets, and trash pickers. On hot days, a water bottle can be helpful. Together, we can keep Noyes Park a beautiful and welcoming place for everyone!

Why Get Involved? Participating in park cleanup events offers numerous benefits:

  • Community Engagement: You'll be able to meet your neighbors, connect with other community members, and build relationships.

  • Environmental Impact: By removing litter and debris, you'll be helping create a healthier environment for plants, animals, and people.

  • Personal Satisfaction: Knowing you've contributed positively to your community can be incredibly fulfilling.
